DISCOVERY CALL

Ready to explore?  Schedule a complimentary 15-minute phone call with Jen to discuss your project in more detail and learn how she can help.  At the end of the call, you’ll both decide if there’s a potential fit.

HOME TOUR AND PROJECT SCOPE CONSULTATION

The next step will be an in-home visit that runs approximately 45 – 60 minutes.  This visit is complimentary. Jen will meet you on-site, where you will provide a brief home tour to discuss your existing spaces and the projects on your wish list.

Jen will ask questions, make notes, & take some photos (if you approve).  Be ready to discuss funding for your project so Jen can help you define the scope and set priorities.

DESIGN CONSULTATION AND PLANNING MEETING

So the decision has been reached… you’re joining forces with Jen & embarking on this design journey!

You’ll talk with her about the style / aesthetic you’d like to achieve and functionality requirements for your space.  Together you will identify existing furnishings & décor items that should be included in your new plan. An inventory will be documented, photographs will be taken, and measurements will be collected.  Then Jen will go to work for you back at her studio on your one-of-a-kind design…

SIGNATURE DESIGN SERVICE

This is where the magic happens.  Jen will go to work for you back at her studio, developing a vision, researching the best options, making selections, creating renderings, pulling together samples, and preparing a custom presentation just for you.  You can expect to hear from her along the way, touching base to confirm that your ideas & hers are aligned and on-track.

CLIENT PRESENTATION AND APPROVAL

On the presentation appointment, Jen will reveal her recommendations for creating the space of your dreams. Once you agree that you love the concept as much as she’s loved creating it, the project will be approved and put into motion.  Jen will procure products, manage every detail along the way, and coordinate installation once all pieces have arrived.
